Terms & Conditions

All services provided by OJ Mechanical Pty Ltd are subject to the terms outlined below and are further governed by our Field Service Agreement, which is supplied to and accepted by the customer prior to the commencement of any work.

Field Service Agreement

Before any work begins, customers will be provided with a Field Service Agreement outlining detailed terms including pricing, payment terms, scope of work, and service conditions.

By approving any quote, booking, or request for service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of the Field Service Agreement.

Scope of Work

OJ Mechanical will carry out all work as agreed with the customer prior to commencement. Any additional work required outside the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding where reasonably practicable.

Pricing & Charges

All services are charged in accordance with the rates outlined in the Field Service Agreement, including:

Labour and onsite service time
Travel and call-out charges
Parts, fittings, and consumables

After-hours and emergency work may incur additional charges as specified.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are detailed within the Field Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Invoices are payable within the agreed trading terms
OJ Mechanical reserves the right to suspend or refuse further work if accounts remain unpaid

Onsite Work & Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing:

Safe and reasonable access to the work area
Accurate information regarding the equipment and issue

OJ Mechanical reserves the right to refuse or cease work if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Warranty & Workmanship

OJ Mechanical takes care to ensure all work is completed to a high standard using appropriate components.

Warranty terms for labour and parts are outlined in the Field Service Agreement. Warranty may be void where failure is caused by misuse, incorrect application, or factors outside of our control.
